1. Home Audit: $200
An audit is the first step in determining whether or not any major problems exist. We conduct a ~90min visual inspection and provide a recommendations report of the findings. This service is best for those who have never done an eco-upgrade but are starting to think about reducing utility bills.

2. Energy Analytics: $400
We begin with a review of your homes utility bills and physical condition in order to determine areas of focus. We assess the feasibility of the most effective ‘green’ upgrade options available for your project. This includes a review of grants and rebates so present costs are comparable.

3. General Contracting: 15%-21% of project
As general contractors, we act as the liaison between you and the various trades involved in your eco-home project. This process typically begins with a discovery meeting to define objectives and create an eco-action plan; this step also helps to inform the materials and products we purchase and the trades we hire.
