We all have goals! And although it can take time to meet them, we shouldn't give up. Showing up and putting in the work will get you there. Health is the same. We all want to be healthy. We want to look great and feel even better. But sitting around and waiting won't get us anywhere. We may need to follow that anti-inflammatory diet, meditate, or even go for that daily walk. Doing the work will help us get to where we want to be. Especially if we believe that we were born to do something great, and BE something great.... more
